Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the products in their original eco-friendly packaging, ensuring all safety seals are intact for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our botanists inspect the return at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
